Divorce is forbidden!

Jesus is God like His Father. Divorce is FORBIDDEN AND REMARRIAGE TOO even if you are innocent and left by your spouse!

11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery. This is the only passage in our Lord's teaching which distinctly states the case referred to, and passes sentence on the wife who divorces her husband and marries again, as well as on the husband who divorces his wife, and the wife who is so divorced. All three cases are dealt with on the same grounds. [3/4, 00:56] : And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery." This passage refers to the same incident as was described in Matthew 19. However, this time, Jesus states that remarriage is not permitted under any circumstances -- even if the wife committed adultery. [3/4, 00:57] : Any remarriage is forbidden!!! [3/4, 00:58] : Mark 10:2-12: No divorce, on any grounds: "And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him. And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you? And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away. And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery." This passage refers to the same incident as was described in Matthew 19. However, this time, Jesus states that remarriage is not permitted under any circumstances -- even if the wife committed adultery. [3/4, 01:07]: So it is better not to marry at all...cuz divorce is forbidden and remarriage is forbidden even if a person leaves you.

I hope that the Lord blesses whomever reads my profile and may the Lord keep you. I would prefer to have a man that wants to serve the Lord in the way that I'am serving Him now. I would love to hear anything from anyone that reads my profile and writes back on marriages and divorces and seeks an advice. Let me say this, THE HOLY BIBLE says in 2 Corinthians 5.17, "If any man (or woman) be in CHRIST, he is a NEW CREATION, behold old things have passed away, ALL THINGS are become NEW". If you are that same old "worldly" person that you have always been, pursuing the lusts of the flesh, eyes, pride of life, then you are NOT a "New Creation". You are NOT Saved! You are still DEAD in your sins and trespasses (Ephesians 2.1). If you are not HUNGERING after CHRIST, HIS WORD, HIS KINGDOM...then you DON'T know HIM PERSONALLY! Your soul is in DANGER of HELL! You need to be MADE ALIVE by 7GOD, unto GOD (I.e. Born-again). You must be willing to REPENT (depart) from ALL your sins (not just those that are inconvenient). FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD! (James 2.20), And so is a life (soul) without CHRIST and HIS WORD, DEAD. Your CARNALITY (love for the things of this world) only proves one thing, you are still NOT BORN AGAIN! The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree...your fruit determines the type of tree you belong to...carnal fruit, Devil's tree...good fruit, CHRIST'S Tree of Everlasting Life! GOD does business with those who MEAN business, not with wannabes or those who like to "church", otherwise known as hypocrites (make believe Christians)... I don't desire to be rich in anything other than THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. I am just a pilgrim passing through this land of woe, perhaps you could join me, if it's according to HIS Will...... As for "tongues, signs, wonders, prophecies, exorcisms, healings", these gifts were given to the Apostles and 1st cent. disciples by CHRIST HIMSELF, as a sign of EVIDENCE that GOD was working and VERIFYING HIS WORD through these first believer's in CHRIST. Since then these special gifts have ceased (as recorded in 1 Cor.13.8), insofar as HIS WORD is COMPLETE, we have ALL that we need (including THE HOLY SPIRIT) to effectively witness and share THE GOSPEL with the world, as It is The Power of GOD unto all who believe! --Rom.1.16. Also, if anyone claims that GOD "spoke to them or told them something other than that which is already recorded in HOLY SCRIPTURE", they are guilty of Revelations 22.18 and should be avoided. By a pastor, the USA. To be a Christian you should be BORN of God (John 3, 1 John 1-5). How? (1) Through faith in the Son of God who is our Creator and God like His Father. (2) Repent of all your sins in a prayer to God. (3) Confess all your sins to God in a prayer asking God to forgive you. (4) Abandon your sins and lovers to live in a renewed and HOLY life obeying God. (5) Read the Holy Bible everyday of your life and 7IMPLEMENT what you will read. (6) End your life in holiness bringing God GLORY by your life. Know Him and make Him known to get your reward for your life and faith. How to become a christian? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yrzCUT0Y6Uo This is Christianity. DIVORCE: *** For example, by law a married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law that binds her to him. 3 So then, if she has sexual relations with another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. *** God does not allow marriage with divorced people. To know more, contact me. A divorced person (except the biblical divorce i.e. a sexual immorality) is a sexual immoral person. The word "divorced" means "adulterer". Folks, don't marry a divorced person whose spouse is still alive! Such a divorce and remarriage equals adultery. WHY? THE LAW OF MARRIAGE: Romans 7:2-3 2 For example, by law a married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law that binds her to him. 3 So then, if she has sexual relations with another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is released from that law and is not an adulteress if she marries another man. Whose wife was Herodias? Please consider the following passage from Mk. 6:17, 18: "For Herod himself had given orders to have John arrested, and he had him bound and put in prison. He did this because of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife, whom he had married. For John had been saying to Herod, 'It is not lawful for you to have your brother's wife.'" NOTE: Even though Herod had "married" Herodias, she was still considered "Philip's wife." That is why John said it was not lawful for him to have his brother's wife. In other words, adultery was being committed by both Herodias and Herod. My conclusion: No matter which is divorce... divorce is still divorce. If divorce is allowed (her immorality) then it shows that man is not guilty. She cannot remarry cuz he is alive. Her marriage with a second man is her immorality cuz her husband is alive. Even John the Baptist confirmed that. Ponder! There are many people, even in the "church," who are illegitimately married. Such are committing continuous adultery from God's perspective and really are not "Christian" as they may profess to be. It is impossible to be a Christian and to be sexually immoral at the same time, in spite of what some are teaching. Do not be deceived: There is no such thing as once saved always saved, also known as eternal security or the perseverance of the saints. So if you think you can both divorce, then marry each other and be spiritually safe, based upon eternal security, you are Scripturally mistaken. The teaching of eternal security is a rampant heresy that has multitudes in danger of Hell without such knowing they're in this type of danger. [7/4, 18:05] 000: Luke 16:18: Everyone who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery, and he who marries a woman divorced from her husband commits adultery. This verse shows that Jesus does not recognize divorce as terminating a marriage in God's sight. The reason a second marriage is called adultery is because the first one is considered to still be valid. So Jesus is taking a stand against the Jewish culture in which all divorce was considered to carry with it the right of remarriage. [7/4, 18:05] 000: The second half of the verse shows that not merely the divorcing man is guilty of adultery when he remarries, but also any man who marries a divorced woman. [7/4, 18:06] 000: There are no exceptions mentioned in the verse, and Jesus is clearly rejecting the common cultural conception of divorce as including the right of remarriage!!!! [7/4, 18:08] 000: Mark 10:2-9 and Matthew 19:3-8 teach that Jesus rejected the Pharisees' justification of divorce from Deuteronomy 24:1 and reasserted the purpose of God in creation that no human being separate what God has joined together. [7/4, 18:11] 000: Matthew 5:32: But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, makes her an adulteress; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery. [7/4, 18:12] 000: Jesus assumes that in most situations in that culture a wife who has been put away by a husband will be drawn into a second marriage. Nevertheless, in spite of these pressures, he calls this second marriage adultery. [7/4, 18:13] 000: The remarkable thing about the first half of this verse is that it plainly says that the remarriage of a wife who has been innocently put away is nevertheless adultery: "Everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, makes her (the innocent wife who has not been unchaste) an adulteress." This is a clear statement, it seems to me, that remarriage is wrong not merely when a person is guilty in the process of divorce, but also when a person is innocent. In other words, Jesus' opposition to remarriage seems to be based on the unbreakableness of the marriage bond by anything but death. [7/4, 18:16] 000: 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 teaches that divorce is wrong but that if it is inevitable the person who divorces should not remarry. [7/4, 18:17] 000: 1 Corinthians 7:39 and Romans 7:1-3 teach that remarriage is legitimate only after the death of a spouse. [7/4, 18:18] 000: Both of these passages (1 Corinthians 7:39; Romans 7:2) say explicitly that a woman is bound to her husband as long as he lives. No exceptions are explicitly mentioned that would suggest she could be free from her husband to remarry on any other basis. [7/4, 18:19] 000: Matthew 19:10-12 teaches that special Christian grace is given by God to Christ's disciples to sustain them in singleness when they renounce remarriage according to the law of Christ. [7/4, 18:22] 000: 1 Corinthians 7:15 does not mean that when a Christian is deserted by an unbelieving spouse he or she is free to remarry. It means that the Christian is not bound to fight in order to preserve togetherness. Separation is permissible if the unbelieving partner insists on it. 1 Corinthians 7:15: If the unbelieving partner desires to separate, let it be so; in such a case the brother or sister is not bound. For God has called us to peace. [7/4, 18:23] 000: There are several reasons why the phrase "is not bound" should not be construed to mean "is free to remarry." Marriage is an ordinance of creation binding on all of God's human creatures, irrespective of their faith or lack of faith. [7/4, 18:24] 000: Therefore, if the unbelieving partner insists on departing, then the believing partner is not bound to live in perpetual conflict with the unbelieving spouse, but is free and innocent in letting him or her go. [7/4, 18:26] 000: This supports the understanding of verse 15 as a focus on not being enslaved to stay together, rather than not being enslaved to say single. Paul did not see the single life as a life of slavery and so would not have called the necessity of staying single a state of being enslaved. [7/4, 18:26] 000: 1 Corinthians 7:27-28 does not teach the right of divorced persons to remarry. [7/4, 18:34] 000: Marriage is a "one-flesh" relationship of divine establishment and extraordinary significance in the eyes of God (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5; Mark 10:8), Only God, not man, can end this one-flesh relationship (Matthew 19:6; Mark 10 "this is why remarriage is called adultery by Jesus: he assumes that the first marriage is still binding, Matthew 5:32; Luke 16:18; Mark 10:11), [7/4, 18:34] 000: God ends the one-flesh relationship of marriage only through the death of one of the spouses (Romans 7:1-3; 1 Corinthians 7:39), The grace and power of God are promised and sufficient to enable a trusting, divorced Christian to be single all this earthly life if necessary (Matthew 19:10-12,26; 1 Corinthians 10:13). [7/4, 19:02] 000: Christians NOTE: REMARRIAGE IS FORBIDDEN BY GOD!!!! [7/4, 19:03] 000: If you want to divorce your wife in any case (even if you are guilty or NOT), then you shall stay single all your life!!!! Be READY!!!! 8 [7/8, 20:59] 000: Herodias later married Herod II's half-brother, Herod Antipas. According to Josephus: Herodias took upon her to confound the laws of our country, and divorced herself from her husband while he was alive, and was married to Herod Antipas [7/8, 21:02] 000: So, we see here that she decided to divorce Herod while he was alive. Thus she violated laws of Jews. [7/8, 21:04] 000: What the Jewish laws said? Jewish law permits divorce as an unfortunate necessity Civil divorce does not dissolve a Jewish marriage A man can divorce a woman for any reason or no reason, but rabbinical law requires the woman's consent In traditional Jewish law, a woman cannot initiate a divorce [7/8, 21:05] 000: As a woman Herodias could not initiate divorce!!!! [7/8, 21:07] 000: It is important to note that a civil divorce is not sufficient to dissolve a Jewish marriage. As far as Jewish law is concerned, a couple remains married until the woman receives the get. [7/8, 21:08] 000: The get: According to the Torah, divorce is accomplished simply by writing a bill of divorce, handing it to the wife, and sending her away. To prevent husbands from divorcing their wives recklessly or without proper consideration, the rabbis created complex rules regarding the process of writing the document, delivery, and acceptance. A competent rabbinical authority should be consulted for any divorce. The document in question is referred to in the Talmud as a sefer k'ritut (scroll of cutting off), but it is more commonly known today as a get. [7/8, 21:09] 000: It is important to note that a civil divorce is not sufficient to dissolve a Jewish marriage. As far as Jewish law is concerned, a couple remains married until the woman receives the get. [7/8, 21:10] 000: This has been a significant problem: many liberal Jews have a religiously valid marriage, yet do not obtain a religiously valid divorce. If the woman remarries after such a procedure, her second marriage is considered an adulterous one, and her children are considered mamzerim (bast..ds, illegitimate). [7/8, 21:13] 000: So how to get a religiously valid divorce if The LAW OF THE MARRIAGE SAYS: For a married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives, but if her husband dies she is released from the law of marriage. [7/8, 21:17] 000: What we see here? Herodias should stay wife of Philip until his death. Her divorce was religiously illegal. Her civil divorce was unable..or not sufficient to dissolve a Jewish Marriage!!!! That is why her remarriage was adultery!!!! [7/8, 21:33] 000: Jewish law permits divorce: A man can divorce a woman for any reason or no reason with the woman's consent. But Jesus as a Law-giver changed this law!!! His law says: Everyone who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery, and he who marries a woman divorced from her husband commits adultery. [7/8, 21:37] 000: It seems a man and a woman are equal in this case. Both are prohibited to remarry. [7/8, 21:43] 000: Do you not know, brothers and sisters "for I am speaking to those who know the law "that the law has authority over someone only as long as that person lives? 2 For example, by law a married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law that binds her to him. 3 So then, if she has sexual relations with another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is released from that law and is not an adulteress if she marries another man. [7/8, 21:47] 000: Bound to her husband as long as he lives!!!! But the problem is that according to the New Marriage Law of Jesus (He changed the Torah here) her husband cannot remarry too until the death that will release him from the acting law of marriage!!!!! God Jesus forbids any remarriage because the law of marriage acts until her or your death. Period. Any unbiblical divorce is an adultery and you will go to hell unless you repent of this illegal divorce. You will be her husband until her death. Your remarriage will be a sexual immorality too. Jesus warned christians in Revelation that adulterers and fornicators and any sexual immoral christians do not inherit His Kingdom.

*** Let's consider now the case described in 1 Corinthians 7:15: If the unbelieving partner desires to separate, let it be so; in such a case the brother or sister is not bound. For God has called us to peace. (1) The innocent Party: First of all lets consider that: The remarkable thing about the first half of this verse is that it plainly says that the remarriage of a wife who has been innocently put away is nevertheless adultery: "Everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, makes her (the innocent wife who has not been unchaste) an adulteress." This is a clear statement, it seems to me, that remarriage is wrong not merely when a person is guilty in the process of divorce, but also when a person is innocent. In other words, Jesus' opposition to remarriage seems to be based on the unbreakableness of the marriage bond by anything but death. The Meaning of this verse: Everyone who divorces his wife HAVING ANY REASONS, except IMMORALITY, makes her (the innocent SPOUSE who has not been unchaste) an adulteress. (2) There could not be any contradictions in the Scriptures because Paul could NOT contradict to the WORDS of God who is Jesus!!! Otherwise, Paul would just make a mistake/sin. Paul says: To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): But if the unbeliever leaves, let it be so. The brother or the sister is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace. PAUL SAYS HERE: I, not the Lord. THIS MEANS IT IS JUST HIS ADVICE/RECOMMENDATION. What God says? To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. 11 But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife. GOD SAYS IF A WIFE REFUSES TO LIVE WITH HER HUSBAND, SHE IS FORBIDDEN TO REMARRY AND THE HUSBAND IS FORBIDDEN TO DIVORCE HER. IT SEEMS PAUL MAKES A CONTRACTION HERE TO THE LAW OF GOD FORBIDDING TO DIVORCE!!! But as we know there could not be or should not be any contradictions to the HOLY words/laws of God!!! And the laws of God are applied for all...unbelievers and believers!!! In my profile I described the case of Herodias!!! John the Baptist applied the laws of God to the unbeliever Herodias making laws of God EQUAL for all people!!! That is why this interpretation is the correct one: 1 Corinthians 7:15 does not mean that when a Christian is deserted by an unbelieving spouse he or she is free to remarry. There are several reasons why the phrase "is not bound" should not be construed to mean "is free to remarry." Marriage is an ordinance of creation binding on all of God's human creatures, irrespective of their faith or lack of faith. Therefore, if the unbelieving partner insists on departing, then the believing partner is not bound to live in perpetual conflict with the unbelieving spouse, but is free and innocent in letting him or her go. This supports the understanding of verse 15 as a focus on not being enslaved to stay together, rather than not being enslaved to say single. Paul did not see the single life as a life of slavery and so would not have called the necessity of staying single a state of being enslaved. 1 Corinthians 7:27-28 does not teach the right of divorced persons to remarry. Marriage is a "one-flesh" relationship of divine establishment and extraordinary significance in the eyes of God (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5; Mark 10:8), Only God, not man, can end this one-flesh relationship (Matthew 19:6; Mark 10 "this is why remarriage is called adultery by Jesus: he assumes that the first marriage is still binding, Matthew 5:32; Luke 16:18; Mark 10:11). Summary: (1) We cannot say that Paul allows any changes of the laws of God for believers vs unbelievers. The Scripture says that the holy laws of God are applied both for believers and unbelievers. This means that Christians are forbidden to divorce for any reason except immorality. Any marriage is valid until death and even in case of immorality another spouse is able to forgive her/his spouse to be reconciled. (2) Remarriage of an innocent party makes his/her an immoral person because the first marriage is still binding until death according to the law of marriage. (3) A guilty party is forbidden to remarry. (4) In the Old Testament women could not divorce men. Only men could divorce women for any reason. In the New Testament the God Jesus changed the laws and He forbids to divorce both parties. In case of separation both should not remarry.
